Open Access Policy :

Pratibha International Interdisciplinary Journal follows the principles of the Green Open Access Policy. In alignment with this commitment, all research articles published in the journal are made fully accessible through its official website: http://www.vbmv.org.

Every article published in the journal is immediately and permanently available for free to read, download, and share without restrictions, provided that the original work is duly cited. The journal upholds the values of ethical use and lawful application of published materials, and explicitly restricts the use of its content for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

The responsibility for the facts, figures, interpretations, and opinions expressed in the published papers rests solely with the respective authors. The Editorial Board values and respects the academic freedom and scholarly discretion of contributing authors. Therefore, the journal and its editorial team cannot be held accountable for the accuracy of the content, nor for any statements, claims, or viewpoints expressed within the articles.

>By adopting an open access framework, Pratibha International Interdisciplinary Journal seeks to promote wider dissemination of knowledge, encourage scholarly communication, and facilitate the growth of interdisciplinary research at both national and international levels.

Plagiarism Policy :

Plagiarism, in any form, constitutes a serious breach of academic integrity and is considered both unethical and unacceptable. It is also punishable under legal frameworks and universally regarded as a violation of professional ethics. In order to maintain the highest standards of research quality and credibility, Pratibha International Interdisciplinary Journal follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy.

Any similarity or duplication in the submitted manuscript—whether in text, images, data, records, figures, or any other form—is strictly prohibited. Authors are strongly advised to exercise utmost caution before submission and to ensure that their work is entirely original, free from duplicity, and devoid of conflicts of interest. To this end, it is mandatory that plagiarism checks be performed using standard plagiarism detection tools (such as Turnitin, Urkund, iThenticate, Plagiarism Detector, or Grammarly), and that corresponding similarity reports be provided at the time of submission.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to independently verify manuscripts through plagiarism detection software. If plagiarism or significant similarity is detected, the editorial team will immediately inform the author(s). Depending on the level of plagiarism, the manuscript may be rejected outright, returned for revision, or, in severe cases, barred from further consideration. Authors making use of another scholar’s ideas, data, or intellectual property must obtain the necessary permissions and acknowledgments prior to incorporation.

Plagiarism Thresholds and Editorial Actions:

  • Below 10%: Manuscripts with a similarity index below 10% may be considered acceptable, subject to editorial review and peer evaluation.
  • 10–20%: Manuscripts with a similarity index between 10% and 20% will be returned to the author(s) for mandatory revision and resubmission, accompanied by a plagiarism report and editorial guidance.
  • Above 20%: Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% are rejected outright, with the plagiarism report shared with the author(s).

Important Note: The plagiarism percentage alone does not determine acceptance of a manuscript. Final decisions are based on a combination of plagiarism results, peer-review feedback, adherence to research ethics, originality, methodological rigor, and scholarly contribution.

By enforcing this policy, Pratibha International Interdisciplinary Journal aims to uphold the integrity, originality, and ethical standards of scholarly publishing and to foster a culture of responsible academic authorship.

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement :

Pratibha International Interdisciplinary Journal and its Editorial Board are fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and to ensuring the integrity of the scholarly record. Conflict of Interest :

In order to maintain transparency in publication, we encourage all—authors, editors, reviewers and other person/parties involved in the publication process, to avoid any sort of conflicts of interest including authorship, finance, promotion or honorarium. Peer Review System :
  • Primarily the submitted articles are considered by us for the confirmation of the standard and the scope of the Journal. If any submitted article fails to fulfill primary standard, the same is rejected and the decision is communicated to the author.

  • In case of disagreement between reviewers, the matter is resolved by the Chief Editor
  • The identity of both the reviewers and the author from both parties will keep confidential.
Authorship :

As the Journal is in online medium, it is the sole responsibility of the corresponding author to ensure the integrity of publication ethics by complying with appropriate attribution and proper acknowledgement.

  • That permission is taken from other authors for publication,
  • That the contribution of the author(s) is appropriately acknowledged,

Publication Process :

The editor board is constantly trying to raise the standards of our publications. Therefore we are quite sensitive to follow international norms for publications of research articles. We expect the same kind of commitment from authors to conform to the ethical norms by following our guidelines. We accept manuscripts on the belief that the same has not been submitted or will not be submitted to other journals while the review process is going on. Concrete action is taken against the authors who make a simultaneous submission during the period of peer review. We reserve the right to take action against any sort of malpractices in the manuscript submitted to the Journal.

Publication decisions :

We maintain the professional independence of the editorial board. The publisher does not interfere with anything regarding functional autonomy of the reviewers.

The editors of Prtibha Multidisciplinary International Research Journal have reserve the right to publish or reject the research article. All manuscripts will be reviewed based on intellectual content without regard of age, gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, country of origin, or political philosophy of the authors. If any significant error or inaccuracy is discovered in a published work (with or without the author notifying it), the journal editors cooperate with the author to retract or correct the paper accordingly. If a correction is deemed appropriate, the editors reserve the right to correct the published material and include a dated erratum. Articles recommended by the review committee shall be published. If the article is not found suitable it will be rejected and necessary information will be given to the concerned.
