Vidya Bharti College, Amravati runs by Vidya Bharti Shikshanik Mandal Amravati. It is affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University Amravati. It is one of the famous and best colleges in vidharbha region.
College library has its own important in higher education. It helps to complete the knowledge and need of the students and teachers. Our college library has gone towards the best level to supply necessary material to all users of library as well as develop the library facility. Our college library connected with e-library like N-List with INLIBNET and also with the consortia of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University library.
The library is computerized with Bar-Coding of books, circulations and membership of library. The library has LIBSYS library management software. The department of library established in 1972 with 390 books with small space. Today we have more than 60,000 books more than 100 journal and periodicals and e-books, e-journals and other reading informative materials.
Library give different services to the users like computerized circulation, Reference service, Referral service, Inter library loan service, OPAC service, M OPAC service, Study Room service, News Paper clipping service, Reprography service, Printing service, Internet service, Free educational channels display service, New book display service, Bulletin Board service, as well as book borrowing service given by library for P.G. Students 03 Books, U.G. Student 02 Books and for teaching staff 15 books and non-teaching staff 05 books issue though the library.
