Department of Electronics has been established in 1985 with the intake capacity of 32 students at the entry level as per University norm. This subject is started to acquire & enhance the overall knowledge of Electronic Technology & to acquire easy interface to get the job in industrial sector as well as government &non-Government sector. The strength of students in the department is consistently increasing per every year as the result of department is much better than the university results. Students are participating in the various activities, competition like seminar, AVISHKAR, Debate, Elocution, rural development under innovative technology. Students are keenly and inherently interested in participating in a seminar, workshop organized at National, State & Regional level extension activity. Since the subject is completely practical roiented students are associated with current technology. One Professor and two Associate Professors and three Administrative staff are continuously guiding the students so that students get perfect in theory as well as practical knowledge. It is our endeavor to intake the employable in the areas such as academic institution , electricity board, I.T. company (TCS, Wipro, Cognizant), they can be entrepreneurs also. The electronics graduates fulfill the need of designing and manufacturing of circuits which is helpful in designing of electronics appliances. The Electronics graduates also have an opportunity of employing as Civil Aviation, Air Force, LPL Railways, Post and Telegram Department, DRDO, BHEL, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Power Sector, Software Engineer, Hardware Appliances, Manufacturing Design etc. The core element of electronics provides the basic skills, in relation to modern methods of electronic design and processing analog and digital signals, to treat signals from devices used in experimental physics. The students will understand how Electronics can be used in Physics domain and how to use this knowledge to enhance their understanding of wide range of Master`s programme.
